As we’re all moving faster mobile communication is a necessity, that’s no doubt. But how many emails did your client receive today… how many face-to-face meetings did they have? Some people are certainly more difficult to see than others so you have to make it worth their while, but if you can create the opportunity… don’t hide behind your email, go shake someone’s hand and get remembered.
